The utility shed and owner’s closet are not available to guests. Other things to note: Before You Arrive: We are located on a rural gravel road in the mountains. In the winter, we recommend driving an AWD or 4x4-capable vehicle in the neighborhood where our cabin is located. In the summer, pretty much any vehicle should be capable. Also, we also recommend stopping by the Swan Valley General Store for groceries and essentials. Broulim’s Grocery in Alpine offers a full selection of groceries and is just 30 minutes away. Occupancy: We only host guests aged 25 and above. A maximum of 8 guests permitted (we have an inflatable mattress or a twin pull-out if additional sleeping arrangements are needed outside of the three bedrooms). Only the guests included in the booking are permitted. Pets: Pets are not allowed at this time. Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. No open fires: Our property is in a delicate and dry forest — please don’t be dumb, and do your part to prevent forest fires. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep lights and noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No Parties: Parties or events are not allowed. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Trash: Please place all trash in the bins located in the garage upon checkout. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, please move the trash bins outside the garage so our trash team can come pick up the trash. Locking Up: Please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked whenever you leave the property. Safety Equipment: Please do not tamper with smoke detectors or security cameras (located only at the exterior entrances). Communication: Please message us through the app if any issues arise so we can address them immediately. If an item breaks, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it before the next group arrives. No Access on North Side of Home: The yard beneath the porch is very steep and features uneven, rugged terrain. Access is not allowed and is at guests' own risk. Use Deck Responsibly: Our property features an elevated deck with a significant height. Guests must exercise extreme caution. Children must be supervised at all times.
